Client IP: Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the custom software developed specifically for them, subject to any third-party licenses.
License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software we develop for you according to the agreed scope.
5. Payment Terms
- Fees are specified in individual project agreements
- Payment schedules will be outlined in project contracts
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
6. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared by clients during the course of our engagement and will not disclose such information to third parties without prior consent.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Warranties: We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
Disclaimers: Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintrix Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
9. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
